Stewart, in full: “It gives me great pleasure to comply with your request contained in your esteemed communication of the 12th instant.” The integral second page is unfolded and bears an affixed book photo of Barton at her home in Washington. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 16 x 16. In fine condition.
