President Adams grants Joseph D. Peebles, assignee of Henry Donahoo, a tract “containing ninety two acres…of the Lands directed to be sold at Huntsville, Alabama.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good condition, with scattered staining, and old tape stains to the top and bottom edges; the signature is clean and unaffected.
