affixed to its original 6.75 x 10.25 mount, signed on the mount in ink, “W. Gladstone, 1893.”
British statesman (1809-1898) who served as prime minister on four separate occasions between 1868 and 1894, remembered for his sympathetic treatment of the working class.
In very good to fine condition, with some light soiling and scattered foxing.
